When you place an order on our site, your card is charged in EUR immediately, not at the time of shipping.
If you wish to get a refund, it can be done by contacting us at info@staticwatch.com, and you have 24 hours after placing the order to do so.
A refund takes between 3 and 5 business days to return to your account. If you used PayPal, the refund is immediate.
