Return & Refund Policy At StaticWatch, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that your needs may change, which is why we have implemented a flexible and fair return and refund policy. Please carefully read the information below to learn more about our return and refund process.

Returns

You have 30 days from receiving your product to change your mind. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service at info@staticwatch.com to start the process.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by all accessories, as well as the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective item or our error in the delivery. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Delay

If you have already returned an item and have not yet received your refund, please contact us. Please also note that the refund period may vary between 5 and 7 days. Moreover, the refund may take a few additional days to appear in your bank account.

Sale Items

Please note that sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges

Only damaged or defective items can be exchanged for the same model. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service.

Gifts

Items given as gifts will be refunded in the form of a gift voucher, which we will send directly to the buyer after receiving the returned item. If you return an item received as a gift, the refund will be credited to the donor of the item, accompanied by a notification by mail.

The return package shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of receiving a damaged item. The package receipt time may vary depending on your address. For returning items valued over €100, we advise using a tracked shipping service to ensure secure delivery.

Refund

We issue refunds for items received damaged, defective, or not matching their description. In some cases, photos and supporting documents may be required to analyze the problem before proceeding with the refund. Refunds are made through the same payment method used during the initial purchase.

If you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of the order. After the package has been shipped, canceling the order is no longer possible.

Return Rules

We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper use or incorrect handling of the item by the buyer. Returned items must be in new condition, with all accessories and original packaging. Otherwise, we reserve the right to send the item back to the buyer.
